Some movies may not play optimally, which means that they may not play back at their full frame rate, causing some movies to seem jerky or out of synch with their audio. If you have a particularly slow system, the audio may even cut out. There are a number of ways you can improve performance.• Turn off Virtual Memory! (Do this through the Memory Control Panel) There   is really no substitution for real RAM.• Use the Sound Manager 3.0 and Sound Control panel (included on this disk)• Set your monitor to 256 Colors (Do this through the Monitors Control Panel)• Copy movies to your hard disk. (The larger & faster the hard disk, the   better. The less fragmented the better, too.)• May we suggest FWB’s CD-ROM ToolKit™? This CD-ROM driver software can   dramatically improve performance. • Utilize your computer’s on-board video when possible.• Increase the amount of RAM in your system.• Run them on a faster computer.
